"I have been working with Vic for almost a year now and she has been so helpful. I am a college athlete and reached out to Vic to help get more toned and become stronger. She gave me macros and workouts that fit in with my activity level. She also worked around what my team had us doing as far as strength and conditioning. Unfortunately, I had a knee injury that caused me to not be very active for around 6 months. Victoria gave me workouts to accommodate my limitations and continued to push me through my rough patch. The thing I like best about her is she works one-on-one with you and does not just have a "cookie-cutter" program. My mom also has Vic as a coach and our workouts and macros are very different from each other. This shows that she makes each program fit the needs of each specific person. Another thing that I like about Vic is that she has me take progress pictures and send weekly updates. These hold me accountable and keep me on track from week to week. The photos also help if I feel like I am not making progress. She will send side by side photos to show all of the progress you have made and it is encouraging when I feel like I am in a "slump." One final thing that I like about Vic's coaching is that she constantly pushes you and gives you "tough love" when necessary. She definitely makes you accountable and pushes you to be the best version of yourself throughout your fitness journey. Overall I give an 11/10 for Vic's Coaching!" - Kiley M.
