I'm Natalie. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sport & Exercise Science and bring over 16 years of experience as a personal trainer and coach. My fitness journey began in 2006, with a strong focus on bodybuilding from the very start. Over the years, I’ve worked my way up to competing on the National Stage. As a proud member of Team Loud, I combine the discipline of a bodybuilder with my diverse background as a former yoga instructor and surfer - embodying balance, resilience, and commitment.
I take a direct,
no-nonsense approach
to coaching. Every program I design is tailored to the unique needs of each client, while grounded in proven principles that apply across all levels of fitness. To me, progress goes far beyond workouts and diet - it requires managing expectations and mastering elements like intensity, execution, and consistency. My philosophy is simple: do hard things every day to grow in every area of life.
As a proud mom of a toddler and a newborn, I know firsthand how tough it can be to juggle fitness, family, and life’s many demands. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others build sustainable habits that fit their lifestyle - no matter the season of life. For me, fitness isn’t about vanity.
