ABOUT BAILEY

Bailey is a multifaceted coach with over eight years of experience in the fitness industry. She is a Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, FRC-certified Mobility Specialist, and FRSC Strength Coach, as well as a certified pole instructor.

Her fitness journey began in the NPC figure division, where she worked closely with Derek as her coach. After stepping away from competition, Bailey shifted her focus toward sustainable fitness - helping individuals maintain a strong, healthy physique without the need for extreme restrictions.

With a background in psychology, Bailey brings a unique perspective to her coaching by integrating mindset work into her programs. She is passionate about helping clients break free from the cycle of yo-yo dieting and food guilt, rewiring limiting thought patterns to foster a positive relationship with food and fitness.

Bailey’s coaching philosophy centers on long-term sustainability, emphasizing smart training, balanced nutrition, and an enjoyable lifestyle. Whether through strength training, pole dance, or mobility work, her mission is to empower clients to build strong, capable bodies they can maintain for life.
