Blake has been resistance training for approximately 18 years. He has a background in powerlifting, speed and conditioning, and plyometrics. For the past 9 years, he has competed in bodybuilding in the NPC. Blake has been working with clients for approximately 3 years and loves the process of transforming clients in both mind and body. He works with all general lifestyle clients, but specializes in competitors and serious athletes. Blake brings a no nonsense approach to reaching client goals and relies on basics to ensure each client gets his full time and attention and has an enjoyable experience. He believes the mental training is just as important as the physical training when it comes to developing a physique, and his coaching style reflects these priorities.
