Natalie has a bachelor's degree in Sport & Exercise Science and over 13 years of experience as a personal trainer. Natalie began her own journey in bodybuilding in 2006 and has worked her way up to the National Stage over the years. Natalie owns and operates a meal prep service and works one on one with all kinds of clients to achieve their goals.
As a former yoga instructor and surfer she knows how to be balanced and centered. As a bodybuilder and a member of Team Loud, she understands the discipline and commitment it takes to achieve a more extreme goal.
When it comes to coaching, although every client requires tailored programs and individualized plans, Natalie uses many of the same applications and concepts at all levels. Exercise and a balanced diet alone will yield a certain threshold of progression. But continual progression, outside of adherence, requires a realistic understanding and management of expectations along with standardization of dedication and training techniques like intensity, force, tension, application,
execution, and consistency. Natalie believes in doing hard things every day to experience growth in any area.
It's not easy to do, but it doesn’t have to be overly complicated. Improving your physique is a lot simpler than most people think. But creating lasting habits and building a well-balanced physique takes pushing all of these variables to the limit, 365 days a year.
